MAIN OBJECTIVE:

Analyze large data sets to identify trends and patterns.

Communicate results to other team members and stakeholders. 

Turn data into information, information into insights, and insights into business decisions.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Capture data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases and data systems.
• Filter and clean data by reviewing digital and printed reports.
• Use statistical tools and techniques to identify patterns and trends.
• Provide support and recommendations based on data to improve performance.
• Identify areas of opportunity to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI solutions.
• Create attractive and understandable data graphics to present analysis results.
• Communicate analysis results to other team members and stakeholders.
• Present analysis results clearly and concisely to the company for better business decisions.
• Prepare periodic reports.
• Oversee proper functionality of SAP Incident Management, Intelex, and other HSS platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience and offering technical support to address any issues promptly.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the field of data analysis.
• Document processes according to the company's established management systems.
• Adhere to the work plans defined for the Technology and Improvement team.
• Collaborate in the development of training materials and safety moments.
• Identify and promote best practices in the area.
• Support the development of new projects and technologies.
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with departments, such as, Internal Communication, External Communication, Information Technology (IT) and Operations Technology (OT).
• Conduct periodic follow-up meetings with the HSS Improvement and Technology Leader.
• Perform tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

MAIN REQUIRIMENTS:

• Minimum of two years of related experience.
• Industrial Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Availability to travel.
